If you are completely new to knit or have extensive experience we can help you get the knowledge you need.

As knit is such a large topic we feel tailored workshops are the best way get the most out of the learning experience. We tailor the content to suit the outcome you are hoping to achieve with the knowledge: professional development, starting a label or exploring a potential business concept.

For start ups we suggest a one on one custom workshop, we can run through each of your designs and align it to your target market through the analysis of costing, knit techniques and yarn… plus much more. You walk away with the building blocks to confidently take the next step.

If you already have extensive knit experience we can assist in refining and broadening your knowledge so you can go for that dream job, or design the collection you have always dreamed of. For start ups we suggest a one on one custom workshop. As knit is such a large topic we feel this is the best way get the most out of the learning experience. We run the course on a as needs basis on a date that will work for KNIT.melbourne and yourself. At the end you receive a certificate of completion.

KNIT.melbourne can assist with the entire knit process from helping you refine a concept or coming up with one, to design, yarn sourcing, specifications, development, sampling and production.

Duration: 2 hours (or 2 x 1 hour blocks for online)
